Integrative Credentialing Exam Preparation (I-CEP) Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Overview

The I-CEP Program, administered by Oneness Consultancy and Academy LLP (“Oneness”), prepares participants for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentialing Exam. The program includes live virtual sessions, simulated exams, and mentor coaching, delivered via Zoom, and a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS). By enrolling, participants agree to abide by these terms, which govern all aspects of program delivery, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

 

  1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Enrollment Process

Registration occurs via https://icep.oneness360.com. Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment and acceptance of these terms. Participants must have the time and commitment to participate in the scheduled classes and complete all assignments.

 

  1. Fees & Payment

Payment Methods

All fees are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayNow. Participants agree to accept all terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider, and bear all transaction fees for international payments. Please reference your name, your email address use in the registration process, and the selected Cohort # during payment.

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation by participant:

  • Cancellation >14 calendar days before start: full refund (less S$100 administrative fee).
  • Cancellation ≤14 calendar days before start: No refund.

Oneness will issue full refunds (excluding third-party fees) in the event the program is cancelled. Participants agree not to unilaterally initiate any refund process or refund amounts other than those stated in these terms and conditions and in the invoice. In the event a participant breaches this clause, the participant agrees to forfeit any and all refunds.

 

  1. Program Delivery & Access

Third-Party Platforms

  • Zoom: Participants must comply with Zoom’s Terms of Service. Oneness is not liable for platform outages or technical limitations.
  • LMS: Access begins fourteen (14) calendar days before Module 1 and expires six (6) months from the start of the course. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials terminates access immediately. These unauthorized sharing is a breach of the terms and conditions.

 

Technical Requirements

Participants must ensure stable internet connectivity, a functional webcam, and updated software. Oneness is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by participants during the program due to their own equipment or internet connectivity issues.

 

Class Schedule

The program structure is available on the website and in the I-CEP brochure. The class schedule is available and selected by the participant during registration process. Oneness reserves the right to cancel or change the course duration, location, and trainer. Participants will be notified of any changes at least seven (7) calendar days from the affected session. On a case-by-case basis, participants may be granted permission to transfer to and continue the program in another cohort. No extension of LMS access will be granted in such situations.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All intellectual property (IP), e.g. videos, templates, assessments, etc., belongs to the respective IP holder and/or Oneness Consultancy and Academy. Participants may use the program materials for the purpose of obtaining their credentials and in their coaching practice, but not for other commercial purposes.

 

Restrictions

Prohibited actions include:

  • Distributing materials to non-participants.
  • Reverse-engineering assessments or creating derivative content.
  • Using materials for commercial training programs.

 

  1. Data Protection

Data Collection

Oneness collects personal data (e.g., attendance records, assessment results) to administer the program. By enrolling, participants consent to the use of their image, video, and testimonials for marketing, course improvement, and other related services.

 

Compliance

Data practices align with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012 and GDPR for EU residents. Participants may request data deletion post-program via written notice.

 

  1. Attendance & Certification

Requirements

  • Attend 75% of live sessions. Any missed session can be counted as present with the submission of a reflection paper AND graded pass.
  • Complete all assignments and simulated exams.

 

Certificates of Completion and CCEU Eligibility

The Certificates of Completion, issued upon meeting all criteria, qualify participants for ICF fourteen (14) Core Competency (CC) and two (2) Resource Development (RD), for a total of sixteen (16) Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs).

 

Certificate of Participation

The Certificates of Participation will be issued upon the attendance of 50% of the live sessions.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Oneness may suspend or reschedule sessions due to pandemics, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures. Participants may transfer to another cohort or receive a pro-rata refund if disruptions exceed 30 days.

 

  1. Disclaimer

Oneness makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, concerning the outcome of your ICF Credentialing Exam. By participating in the program, participants acknowledge that success in the ICF Credentialing Exam depends on various factors, including individual preparation and performance.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

Mediation

Disputes first undergo mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre. Costs are shared equally.

 

Arbitration

Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules. Awards are capped at 150% of the course fee.

 

  1. Amendments & Notices

Modifications

Oneness may update these terms via email and website notice. Continued LMS access constitutes acceptance.

 

Communications

Official notices are sent to participants’ registered emails. Responses (e.g., objections, data requests) must be acknowledged within five (5) business days.

 

  1. Governing Law & Severability

These terms adhere to Singaporean law. If a clause is invalidated, the remainder remains enforceable.

 

  1. Agreement

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
